Opportunities present themselves once we understand our innate talents. I have joked with my colleagues that “I knew quality before quality was cool!”  Today there is a clear understanding of why that phrase developed…once I was given the opportunity to discover these talents.

It is fascinating to look back into our past to learn that our talents and innate tendencies have been with us throughout our lives.  Around the age of 5, I recall spending endless hours attempting to find the most efficient route of picking up the Playschool™ people (strategically placed around the room) by bus, bringing them to the school, taking them on a field trip, and bringing them back home.  Today we call that lean system optimization!

In addition to our innate talents, our experiences become vital in shaping our perspectives and understanding.  The experiences I bring to Ignyte include an education in Business Communications and over 15 years of business ownership and corporate executive leadership.  These experiences have opened up the opportunity to view business strategy from a wider lens or “big picture” in understanding the people, the systems and the strategies within very different organizations.

By envisioning your organizational goals and systematically breaking it into applicable principles, the possibilities are endless.  The strategizing and designing of the systems, the analyzing and problem solving to prevent quality and process issues,  the understanding of individual talents, and foremost, a long term commitment to the outcome focused on results are what you will find from Ignyte.
