- Conduct organizational analysis to compare, analyze & design internal processes (simplify - lean)
- Review documents & files and design strategy for clean-up, shredding & placement
- Review e-documents & files and create system for clean-up, knowledge sharing and file management procedures
- Facilitate transition and implementation team (to include communication planning)
- Conduct customer relations assessment and recommend improvements to processes for increased satisfaction and loyalty
