  • Conduct employee assessments to create high performance and employee retention through sale
  • Conduct organizational analysis to improve and simplify processes
  • Upon analysis, recommend employee training programs and opportunities for continuous improvement

Merger

  • Conduct organizational analysis to compare, analyze & design internal processes (simplify - lean)
  • Review documents & files and design strategy for clean-up, shredding & placement
  • Review e-documents & files and create system for clean-up, knowledge sharing and file management procedures
  • Facilitate transition and implementation team (to include communication planning)
